ELECTROSTATIC SEPARATION MACHINE



The Electrostatic Separation Machine applies an electrostatic charge to granulated material. It then uses friction, conduction, electrostatic force, and gravity to sort, separate, and purify the various particles within the material. In relation to low grade TV and monitor circuit boards, the non-ferrous metals such as Copper, Lead, and Tin are separated from the fiber board material. In relation to low grade e-scrap shreds, mixed plastics are separated from the non-ferrous.
