DISASSEMBLY LINE



Disassembly Line is designed for disassembling and dismantling a variety of electronics products such as PCs, peripherals, monitors, TVs, etc. The process is primarily machine-assisted-manual. A conveyor line carries parts and components of the electronics products that have been dismantled by workers at each disassembly stations down to a sorting area where one or more sorters remove them from the conveyor and throw them in Gaylord boxes labeled with appropriate parts' names. Conveyor speed is adjustable using a programmable control system. Fluorescent lights illuminate the work area on the line as well as each disassembly station. On/off and emergency shut down buttons are conveniently placed at the front end of the Disassembly Line.

Each disassembly station is equipped with pneumatic line and valves to power pneumatic tools. Each station has drawers for small tools and supply storage. The top surface is designed with a pneumatically controlled turn table that makes it easy to turn heavy items and allows for removal of hard to reach parts with minimal effort.

Disassembly Line comes in 8 or 16 man configurations.
