CRT DRY WASHERS
CRT Dry Washer is made up of a Digital Control System, Automated Feed Mechanism, Glass Processing Chamber, Output Conveyors, and Air Filtration System.
The Digital Control System is where all functions and capabilities of the machine can be programmed, manually or automatically controlled, and monitored. Funnel and Panel sections of the CRT glass are loaded into the Automated Feed Mechanism. The vibrating hopper loads glass onto conveyor where it is carried to the Glass Processing Chamber. It is processed for a predefined or manually controlled time frame. The processed (cleaned and furnace ready) glass is then delivered to the Output Conveyors where glass of different sizes will exit the system. The entire process is self contained and air filtered. The Air Filtration System includes 24 filters that are designed to self clean during operation to avoid dust build up.
