Employment at Recycletronics is subject to drug testing and clearance for local and federal background checks. We provide safety training regarding all aspects of our recycling processes to all of our employees.

Co-founder of Recycletronics, Mr. has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, and, in addition to 13 years of experience in electronics design and manufacturing, has extensive credentials in electronics life cycle analysis and recycling. Mr. Nejad also has 10 years of direct management experience in recycling and resale of electronics. With over 23 years of direct involvement with electronics, he sets goals and directions for Recycletronics.
, CFO
Co-founder of Recycletronics, Mrs. has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Pomona College and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. She has 8 years of experience in computer hardware maintenance and information systems. Additionally, Mrs. Nejad has 10 years of experience in accounting and business management.
, General Manager
Mr. has an Associates Degree in Computer Information System Network Specialist from West Central Technical College. He has A+ and Network+ certification as well as Microsoft Certified Professional. He is certified in Hazardous Waste Management and as a Trainer for Powered Industrial Lift Trucks. Mr. Doane has 9 years of direct experience in computers and general electronics recycling.
